About Dr. Mark Wallace
Dr. Wallace was raised in Bettendorf, Iowa. He received his B.S. and M.S. degree from the University of Iowa and his chiropractic doctorate from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. In 2006, he joined Planet Chiropractic of the Chicago, IL, area and began his independent practice in West Dundee, IL.
He joined Chiropractic Memphis in 2007. His professional affiliations include the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, Palmer College Alumni Association, Maximized Living, BNI, and both of the Germantown and Collierville Chambers of Commerce.
With the Palmer diversified technique, Dr. Wallace specializes in structural spinal correction as outlined by Chiropractic Biophysics, Pettibon system, and the Clear Institute to restore optimum function of biomechanics. And with the majority of his practice being wellness-based, he also focuses heavily on customized nutrition, exercise, and neurotoxic detoxification to help his patients achieve their utmost potential of healing and functioning.
As a current member of Maximized Living’s Wellness Advisory Council, Dr Wallace is proud to help some of our nation’s best athletes on the USA Wrestling, USA Weight Lifting, USA Judo, and Colorado Rapids Soccer Teams achieve their peak performance.
Dr. Wallace is excited and happy to call the Memphis community his new home. His outside interests/hobbies during his spare time include motorcycling, amateur wrestling, baseball, and golfing.
Dr. Wallace’s mission is to help change the greater Memphis area into becoming a healthier, happier, longer-living, and even more vibrant community…without the need for unnecessary medications and surgery.
About Dr. Donna Johnson
Dr. Donna Johnson was born and raised in Memphis Tennessee. She attended Glenmore Academy where she was a cheerleader and played softball. Donna also has a passion for dance and competed for 13 years.
Donna attended the University of Memphis and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business in 1990. While attending college she was an athletic trainer and taught aerobics. Following her life dream of helping others, Donna moved to Atlanta Georgia and began attending Life University’s School of Chiropractic. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995. While at the school she was dedicated to the study of the Gonstead Technique and the study of Chiropractic Pediatrics. Her desire for children see their God given health potential is foremost in her career.
After receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Donna returned home to Memphis to serve our community. She has practiced part time since 1997 at Johnson Family Chiropractic, while raising a family. In 2009 Donna joined Chiropractic Memphis in Collierville to continue her practice closer to her home.
Dr. Donna has been married to Dr. Reed Johnson for 20 years. They are blessed to have two healthy children Garrett and Peyton who also share their love for the chiropractic lifestyle.
About Dr. Tammy Doriot
Dr. Tammy Doriot was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She resides in Memphis with her daughter and is proud to call it home. She has a burning desire to educate everyone in the surrounding communities about the amazing benefits of Chiropractic care for all ages.
She was introduced to Chiropractic at the age of 15 and quickly realized it was the career path she would take. She enrolled in Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri in January 2003 after 4 years of undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis. She graduated in April 2006 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. Since graduation, Dr. Doriot has taken extensive post-graduate courses in pregnancy and pediatrics. She is one of few doctors in the Memphis area to become certified in the Webster Technique. She is currently working on a certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Dr. Doriot joined Chiropractic Memphis in January 2010. Since that time she has begun post-graduate studies in Chiropractic Neurology through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. She just completed their Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Neurochemistry program and will be eligible to sit for the certification exam in the near future. In July of 2010, she also became Interactive Metronome certified.
Dr. Doriot is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Business Networking International, the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. She is actively involved with her church, The Springs of Southwind. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and traveling with her daughter.
Her studies have created a passion in her to help children achieve their full potential through chiropractic care and brain therapy. She specializes in non-drug, brain-based therapy for children with AD/HD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia or any type of developmental disorder. In an effort to help children in all areas of the city, she maintains office hours in the East Memphis and Collierville offices.
